Hotteeze Pty Ltd was launched in Australia in 2005 by Donna Burke, Bill Benfield and Jenny Denness.  Donna lives in Japan where Hotteeze are made and Jenny is her older and more beautiful sister (depending on your sources!)

Why does Donna live in Japan instead of Australia? Well she is married to a Pom, Bill Benfield who has lived there since 1981 and they have a sound production company called Dagmusic so when they're not loading Hotteeze onto the ship they're booking singers and voice actors. We've been selling Hotteeze into Physio and Pharmacy and Healthfood stores in Australia since 2005 and decided to sell online in 2007. In 2011 we introduced more Japanese products to make shopping even more fun! We also want to curb the dangers of nose and ear hair proliferation in relationships.

Hotteeze is located in Noranda, Perth and the team includes Gavin, Grace (who posts you your order) and Gypsy who is very hairy, needy and loves running... after anything.
