***Please note*** We will be closed over the Christmas/New Year period on the 21st – 26th December & 1st January inclusive (No orders will be processed on these days).
Orders placed after 8am on 21st – 26th & 29th December will not be processed until 27th December & 2nd January respectively.
Please also note there may be delays with deliveries due to busy time of year and courier delays/closures which are out of our control. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Orders under $75 are charged a $14.95 flat rate shipping fee including GST. This amount is automatically added to your order total at checkout.

In most cases, your order will be delivered direct from our Warehouse in Port Melbourne (VIC) by either Toll IPEC, Borders Express, Toll Priority or StarTrack couriers dependent on destination address and weight.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed by the courier.

Most items are in stock and are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Dispatches are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays

We do not ship internationally.

If your item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided or an unclaimed item, we will have to charge a re-delivery fee if you wish the item to be delivered again.


All you need to do is return your product in its original condition and with all packaging materials intact within 30 days of purchase and you’ll receive a full refund on the purchase price, excluding postage and handling.
